Review before buying

Read the actual chapter lists and watch the free excerpts. These are recorded streaming courses, not live teaching or downloadable course files.

Problems we review

Contact us for duplicate or incorrect charges, an accidental purchase of the wrong course, persistent access failure after troubleshooting, or content materially different from its description. We may first fix the enrollment or playback problem. Each request is assessed on its facts; there is no blanket money-back guarantee.

Change of mind

Once working course access has been supplied, lack of study time, dissatisfaction with personal results or a change of mind will not normally qualify for a voluntary refund. Partial refunds of individual courses within the collection are not normally offered.

Ask for help

Email bjdacademy@gmail.com promptly, preferably within seven days. Include GK, your order email, order reference, course and the issue. The seven-day preference is not a restriction on statutory rights.

Resolution

Approved refunds normally return by the original payment method and end the related course access. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer remedies, including those for faulty, undelivered or materially misdescribed digital content.
